SuperBot 2019 Keynote

SuperBot 2019 Keynote

Dashbot CEO Arte Merritt delivered the keynote address at SuperBot 2019. He shares some of the more interesting insights Dashbot noticed by processing over 66 billion (and counting!) messages.

Here are a few tidbits from Arte’s keynote:

  • By far the most popular message sent to a chatbot is “hi” or “hello.”
  • The thumbs up emoji also gets a lot of use.
  • People often send pictures to chatbots, with selfies being the most popular image for both men and women.
  • In voice, one of the most popular requests is for clarity: people are asking the device to repeat itself.

Those are just a few of the insights we were able to gather by analyzing conversations. Watch the keynote to learn more.
