SuperBot 2020 Featuring Anju Sharma
HP Inc’s Virtual Agent for Customer Support has engaged in millions of successful conversations since its launch in July 2017. The interface appears simple on the surface! Behind it are innovative practices in conversational design, intent identification and structuring, bot training, content and experience delivery at scale, contextualization and personalization. Anju has been leading the development, delivery, operationalization and evolution of the chatbot for the last 3 years in her role as Product Manager. She spoke at the Society of Women Engineers conference in November 2019 on the topic of Reducing Chatbot Abandon Rates.
