SuperBot 2020 Featuring Casey Phillips
Casey has been working in the chatbot space for the past three years as a product manager. Initially, Casey focused his efforts on the end user experience and conversation design and capabilities. From a conversational design perspective, his specialty was building and crafting multi-turn fallback experiences that optimized the ability for users to self-help within the TurboTax Online product and e-file their returns without the need of human support. Recently, Casey has shifted his role and product focus to building and scaling chatbot capabilities across all of Intuit’s products to empower conversational designers at Intuit to create contextualized and personalized chatbot conversations that aim at proactively predicting and assisting user needs and problems.
